Powerful coaching principles and tools are used to empower you and to restore, if previously present, a way to live life, take ownership, and embrace opportunities rather than exist or stagnate in any way.
​Throughout the coaching commitment, there will be direct and powerful questioning, and may, on occasion, be outside “your comfort zone” in order to create successes and experiences that raise awareness, confidence and capability. You can count on being asked honest and straightforward questions designed to encourage new thought processes, to make inquiries that drive reflection, and to make requests that lead to action and results!  Coaching is therefore not advice, therapy, or counseling, rather a partner for offering ideas, guidance and holding you accountable through exercises and assignments that are designed to further your advancement towards your discovered and stated goals. Engagement Process for Individual Coaching

Because coaching is personal and tailored, there is no set "program", rather a process for engaging.

 To extend the experience beyond the time together, and to encourage the activities to be turned into action, each signed contract, deposit, and booked coaching contract includes the following:  

  1. A phone or video brief/consultation (15-20 minutes) to determine goals of coaching engagement
  2. A summary of potential activities that may be included for various time commitments/options
  3. Contract with dates and guidelines
  4. Option to be included in Coach's Corner Workday Wake-up tips for a LUNDBERGism and Leadership Quotation along with Debbie's availability

Investment Schedule for Individual Coaching

Investing in yourself goes beyond the coaching session time & the rates for the confidential time.

 

  • COACHING/CONSULTING (1:1): $395/45-60-minute session, 4-10: $375/45-60-minute session, 11+: $350/45-60-minute session, $550/75-90-minute session, 4-10: $525/75-90-minute session, 11+: $500/75-90-minute session  
  • COACHING/CONSULTING (2:1): $495/45-60-minute session, 4-10: $475/45-60-minute session, 11+: $450/45-60-minute session, $595/75-90-minute session, 4-10: $575/75-90-minute session, 11+: $550/75-90-minute session
  • STRATEGY SESSION: 20-30-minute phone or Video session regarding approach, outlining, determining priorities (with 1 or 2 collaborators): $200
  • RED/YELLOW/GREEN ASSESSMENT: Defining up to 10 business competencies, and visiting up to 3 selected local competitors for comparison with delivery of results and improvement tips: $1,000+ services fees at competitors
  • INTENSIVE INITIAL MONTH OF COACHING (1:1): Up to 5 hours of Coaching with daily accountability and interaction: $2,500, with initial feedback: $3,000
  • Weekly 1:1 sessions & accountability calls following the initial intensive month: $1,850/month (5 hours), $1,300/month (3 hours)
  • Weekly 1:1 sessions following the initial intensive month: $1,700/month (5 hours), $1,150/month (3 hours)
  • 360 FEEDBACK: Create a survey, provide verbiage, deliver the survey, coaching session for feedback: $1,000, w/12-month survey, $1,500
  • LEADERSHIP/EFFECTIVENESS FEEDBACK: Create a survey, provide verbiage, deliver the survey, coaching tips based on feedback: $1,000, w/12-month survey, $1,500
  • PRESENTATION COACHING (1:1): Two(2) 2-hour sessions-$1,300, Four(4) 2-hour sessions-$2,500
  • ACCOUNTABILITY COACHING: Weekly 15–20-minute phone calls and email support: $600/month
  • SMALL GROUP COACHING (3-9 people): $950/hour
  • GROUP COACHING/TEAMING/TRAINING: $2,000/hour
