Nichola D. Gutgold, Ph.D. (Penn State), is a professor of communication at Penn State Lehigh Valley, and a Public Speaking Coach for Presenting Powerfully by Debbie Lundberg. 

She believes that public speaking is the most important skill a person possesses personally, professionally, and in the community.

The author of several books and articles on the rhetoric of trailblazing women, and effective communication, her work has appeared in national and international outlets including NPR, The New York Times, Al-Jazeera, and US News and World Reports, and on the TED stage. 

She is highly motivated to share her work and believes that everyone can speak up and speak well.

Michelle Glancey grew up in Columbus, Ohio, and attended the University of Cincinnati, where she earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees.

Michelle moved to Tampa in 2021, where she started building her life as a Certified Mindset Coach and is now a Mindset & Resilience Coach with Presenting Powerfully by Debbie Lundberg.

She believes that the power of the mindset and the ability to control your thoughts, emotions, and actions are all key to overcoming adversity, learning through loss, and building a life of resilience.

In addition to Mindset Coaching, Michelle enjoys boxing, walking, powerlifting, being a mentor through the Tampa Bay Chamber Emerging Leaders Program, spending time with her friends and family and a good cup of coffee.
