Engagement Process for Group Offerings

7 Steps to a Successful collaboration make for a thorough experience.

 To extend the experience beyond the event, and to encourage the activities to be turned into action, each signed contract, deposit, and booked date includes the following:


  1. A phone or video brief with the organizer to determine the goals of engagement followed by an optional survey link and verbiage for attendees/participants to voice their opinions
  2. A final outline confirming plans discussed in the briefing around objectives and survey results
  3. Optional video to send to attendees or potential attendees enticing participation/registration and/or optional article for publication in industry magazine/newsletter to encourage connection to topic and event
  4. Creation of tailored presentation
  5. Arrival minimally 15 minutes prior to presentation time and full delivery of tailored presentation to inspire the audience with action encouraged
  6. Optional video and/or written summary sent to the organizer to forward to attendees to keep generating connection to the organization/conference and the choice to attend the event
  7. A phone or video debrief with the organizer to provide observations/feedback (and receive any also)

Investment Schedule for Group Offerings

Developing People means investing time, Energy & Resources. rates for the experience together are:

  • SMALL GROUP COACHING (3-9 people): $950/hour - working with the team on something hands-on in a room together, so a roundtable, or a presentation effort as a team (no formal "training" or PowerPoint)
  • GROUP COACHING/TEAMING/TRAINING: $1,500/hour - working with the team on something hands-on in a room together, so a roundtable, or a presentation effort as a team (no formal "training" or PowerPoint)
  • WEBINAR (up to 1 hour): $2,000   
  • TEAMING/TRAINING: Quick Impact/Infusion (up to an hour)-$2,000, 1/4 Day (up to 2 hours)-$3,500, or $450 per person, if fewer  than 10,  Half Day (up to 4 hours)-$5,000, or $625 per person, if fewer than 10 attendees, Full Day (4.5+ hours)-$7,500, or $750 per person, if fewer than 10 attendees   All rates are per facilitator.
  • STRATEGY SESSION: 20-30-minute phone or Video session regarding approach, outlining, determining priorities (with 1 or 2 collaborators): $200
  • STRATEGY/FACILITATION: 1/4 Day (up to 2   hours)-$3,500, Half Day (up to 4 hours)-$5,000, Full Day (4.5+ hours)-$7,500   All rates are per facilitator.
  • KEYNOTE: $7,500 (up to 500 attendees), $10,000 (up to 1,000 attendees), $15,000 (more than 1,000 attendees)


 NOTE: A Pro-Bono event is provided once a month, and two opportunities a month are available for a Community Rate engagement, 1 at 1/3 of the standard investment, and one at a meet-your-rate for a referred client from an existing client (See Charity & Community page for details).
